Job summary

Legends Global in Knoxville is seeking part-time Event Staff Attendants to support the Knoxville Civic Coliseum and Auditorium. You will assist patrons, scan tickets, and help with day-of-event operations to ensure a smooth experience for guests.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to stay composed in fast-paced environments, including outdoor settings and loud conditions. Flexible hours are available to fit event schedules.

• Ability to adapt to changes, busy environment and unexpected events.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scan tickets or manually take tickets.
• Operate ticket scanners.
• Secure the property for events.
• Parking cars, directing traffic, and collecting money for parking.
• Assisting patrons to their seats.
• Providing instruction/guidance/assistance to guests as they arrive.
• Provide guests with venue information.
• Effectively and calmly interact with angry or emotional guests and employees.
• Deliver excellent customer service skills and positive attitude when interacting with guests, vendors, & employees.
• Work with Security to ensure that venue spaces are empty of guests and lost items at the conclusion of every event.
• Reports of any event related issues or concerns.
• Always follows all operating policies and procedures.
