Job summary
MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Conversion Lead to drive seamless, high-impact venue transformations between events, ensuring transitions are executed with precision, speed and zero room for error. This role places you at the center of arena operations, coordinating staging and turnout to support shows and productions.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in conversion, stage production, or venue operations with leadership experience, is 21 or older, holds a High School Diploma,
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in conversion, stage production, or public venue/event operations, including leadership experience.
- High School Diploma required.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc.
- Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events
- Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations
- Perform administrative duties related to event productions
- Work along Conversion Tech II staff on all other conversion related duties
