Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Conversion Lead to drive seamless venue transformations between events. You will oversee staging setup and coordinate with Conversion Tech II staff to ensure precision and speed.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in conversion, stage production, or public venue operations, leadership experience, and a high school diploma. This on-site role offers benefits and opportunities within a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in conversion, stage production, or public venue/event operations, including leadership experience.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc.
• Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events.
• Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations.
• Perform administrative duties related to event productions
• Work along Conversion Tech II staff on all other conversion related duties

THE JOB:

THE STARTING RATE:

$24.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc.
• Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years or older
• 2+ years of relevant experience in conversion, stage production, or public venue/event operations, including leadership experience.
• High School Diploma required
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
