Responsibilities

• Assign on-site set up and tear down tasks to staff and outside labor.
• Oversee décor, props, furniture and event items to meet timelines and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot on-site technical and timeline issues with management.
• Develop knowledge of venues, loading docks, and safety policies.
• Operate company vehicles and report maintenance needs.
• Monitor inventory and report theft or damage.
• Stay current with design trends and inventory knowledge.
