Job summary

Legends Global is hiring an Operations & Event Conversion Manager for the Mesa Convention Center. The role oversees venue operations, event services, and room conversions, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, compliant experiences for conferences, concerts, and festivals.

You will lead staffing, safety, and workflow during events, while maintaining high service standards and on-time delivery of client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3-5+ years of venue operations, event services, or facility management experience.
• 1-3+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale events and multi-day programming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day venue operations and event services coordination.
• Coordinate facility conversions, room setups, and equipment needs.
• Ensure safety compliance, OSHA standards, and ADA requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams and external partners for events.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and problem resolution.
