Job summary

Ticketmaster NA (Support & Ops) in Tacoma, WA is seeking Box Office Agents for seasonal/part-time casual roles supporting live events. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and/or customer service.
• General office and cash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front-line customer service to ticket purchasers.
• Conduct in-person ticket sales at the Box Office using the Ticketmaster POS system.
• Work with Archtics and TM Host systems regularly.
• Balance and account for cash and credit card receipts from sales.
• Organize and distribute “will-call” tickets.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward the company and activities.
