Job summary

Oak View Group is looking for a Concessions Bartender to serve beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a fast-paced event setting. The role requires a personable, professional demeanor and flexibility to work events as scheduled.

The position is part-time and pays $20.00 per hour and is tip eligible, with benefits including 401(k) savings and matching. Qualified candidates will have at least six months of bartending experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong cash-handling

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of bartending experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; bartending school preferred.
• Strong customer service and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide beverage service (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to guests.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and menu descriptions.
• Measure and pour drinks with proper portion control.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol.
• Upsell products while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and bar equipment.
