Job summary

North Wind Services LLC is seeking an Audio-Visual Technical Support Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and produce live-streamed events at LLNL, Livermore, CA. The role requires resolving complex AV issues and working with stakeholders for onsite and remote events.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering degree, can obtain a DOE Q clearance, and has advanced AV troubleshooting and documentation skills. Irregular hours may be required.

Qualifications

• US citizen eligible for DOE clearance (Q level) with supporting background checks.
• Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or related field.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for AV systems and production.
• Experience in creating technical process documentation and best practices.
• Experience with video and audio recording and post-production basics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and produce live-streamed events and AV support.
• Diagnose and resolve AV equipment issues for on-site and remote events.
• Lead pre-event dry runs, event-day support, and health checks.
• Collaborate to produce proposal decks and activation guides.
• Test projectors, mics, speakers, amplifiers, and displays for venues.
• Coordinate with AV OEMs for resolutions and workarounds.
• Support meetings and events with AV infrastructure and control systems.
• Perform system testing and ensure room functionality.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
