Job summary

EPAM Systems is expanding its Live Entertainment practice and seeking a senior manager to drive delivery, innovation, and business development across ticketing, venues, and fan engagement.

You will translate complex challenges into actionable technology solutions, lead engagements end-to-end, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in promoters, venues, and platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in M&E consulting and advisory.
• 8+ years of client-facing roles (e.g., management consulting, live entertainment technology).
• Deep expertise in live entertainment technology, including platforms and workflows (ticketing/box office, venue management, CRM/loyalty, pricing).
• Strong understanding of live entertainment ecosystem incl. promoters, venues, rights-holders, festivals, sports, parks, touring.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into technology and process solutions for executive audiences.
• Experience leading pre-sales activities (scoping, proposals, deal closure).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, CS, business; advanced degree a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication; experience presenting to clients.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of live entertainment tech to ticketing, venues, loyalty, and monetization.
• Analyze client tech stacks to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Transform roadmaps and platform architectures to align with revenue and fan experience goals.
• Lead end-to-end engagements: planning, requirements, workshops, design, delivery oversight.
• Develop client presentations, workshops, and written work products translated into business language.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to growth initiatives.
