Job summary

Bon Secours Wellness Arena is seeking a Partnership Coordinator to cultivate sponsor relationships and drive value across live events. You will support sponsorship sales, fulfillment, and group ticket programs, building a strong sponsor pipeline through outreach and meetings.

You’ll help proposals, presentations, and move deals toward contract while coordinating deliverables and day-of-event execution. You will collaborate with marketing and operations, analyze results, and propose improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a closely related field.
• 1-2+ years of experience in account sales, partnership management, sponsorship activation, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day to day contact for assigned partners, providing attentive and proactive service to enhance their experience and address needs promptly.
• Identify new sponsor prospects and coordinate meetings to build a strong sponsor pipeline.
• Develop partnership proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support sales efforts and assist in negotiations.
• Coordinate sponsor fulfillment across events and platforms, including signage, digital assets, promotions, hospitality, and on-site activations.
• Monitor partnership performance through reporting and analysis, providing insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional initiatives and execute partnership campaigns.
• Support event day needs for partners and coordinate group sales and attendance for initiatives like School Day.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in partnerships and sponsorships.
