Job summary
Live Nation Entertainment in New Orleans is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a high-volume restaurant/live entertainment team at the venue. You will supervise hourly staff, schedule shifts, monitor labor costs, and coordinate with events to ensure flawless service and guest experiences.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in high-volume restaurant/live entertainment
- Knowledge of state liquor laws and compliance expectations
- Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily pre-shifts in an upbeat manner
- Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs
- Monitor service quality and guest relations to meet standards
- Coordinate with events team to ensure proper staffing for special events
- Oversee training and discipline of hourly staff
- Assist in inventory management for bars and liquor orders
- Support other departments to ensure smooth operations
