Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment’s Concerts division in New Orleans is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead hourly staff in a fast‑paced live entertainment venue. You will ensure service standards, manage staff and assist with schedules for events and daily operations.

The role requires 3 years supervisory experience in high-volume restaurant or live entertainment, knowledge of liquor laws, and strong leadership and guest relations skills. Perks include free concert tickets and a dog-friendly office.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory experience in high-volume restaurant or live entertainment environment.
• Working knowledge of restaurant and bar operations; familiarity with liquor laws.
• Ability to lead staff, manage schedules, and maintain guest relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure standards for staff uniforms, service quality, and guest relations.
• Directly oversee room ambiance, lighting, temperature, and cleanliness.
• Schedule staff, manage liquor orders, and monitor labor costs.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and provide performance coaching.
• Coordinate with events team for staffing and food/beverage needs.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and House of Blues Entertainment guidelines.
• Support other departments and ensure accurate event close-out.
