Job summary

Playtech in Pennsylvania seeks a live games associate to present table games in a regulated, live streaming environment. You will follow table schedules, apply game rules, and maintain professional communication with players and staff.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays while upholding Playtech’s standards and confidentiality. A Pennsylvania license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills in live streaming.
• Professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to obtain Pennsylvania Gaming License & WV Casino registration.

Responsibilities

• Present games in a live streaming environment following regulations and policies.
• Learn, understand, and execute rules of video stream games.
• Conduct live games per table schedule with prompt instructions.
• Report risks or mistakes to the Pit boss and trainers immediately.
• Attend required educational events and training sessions.
• Promote company promotions via photo/video shoots as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with players and management.

Job Description

• Present games in a live streaming environment, adhering to the multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services Delaware regulations, and live unit policies and procedures.
• Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games.
• Conduct live games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions, monitoring and following the given table schedule, following the instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.
• Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game leading procedures.
• Adhere to the gaming studios' rules and any other rules that management may introduce at any time.
• Professionally communicate and provide answers to players promptly for any game general questions according to chat policy.
• Immediately report to the Pit boss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems, and/or unusual activities in gaming studios and other companies’ premises caused by other employees or other causes.
• Attend educational events, briefings, and sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.
• Participate in company promotions through marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.
• Keep a professional demeanor towards players.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with management and peers.
• Keep confidential information within the company’s authorized individuals.
• Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills- MS Office, electronic mail, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers in a live streaming environment.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally, maintaining Playtech’s guest service standards.
• Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards in addition to operating other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive movement of hand and arm.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and attention to detail.
• Be able to wear assigned uniforms.
• Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Pay Range: up to $22 per hour ($9 including base rate + $8.50 guaranteed tips + up to $4.50 performance monthly bonus). Customer tips are unlimited!
• Vacation Days: 5 days
