Job summary

PT Services (Delaware) LLC, part of Playtech Live, operates hundreds of state-of-the-art live streaming studios in Pennsylvania. The role requires presenting games in a live environment, learning game rules, and following procedures with guidance from Pit bosses and trainers.

You will ensure professional, prompt player communication, report any risks, attend training sessions, and participate in promotions while maintaining studio standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
• Must obtain PA Gaming License and WV Casino Employee Registration.

Responsibilities

• Present games in a live streaming environment following rules and procedures.
• Learn and apply the rules of video stream games.
• Conduct live games on scheduled tables with prompts and pit boss guidance.
• Follow updates to game procedures and maintain compliance.
• Communicate with players promptly according to chat policy.
• Report risks or mistakes to the Pit boss immediately.
• Attend trainings and participate in promotions as required.
• Maintain professional demeanor and confidentiality.

Job Description

• Present games in a live streaming environment, adhering to the multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services Delaware regulations, and live unit policies and procedures.
• Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games.
• Conduct live games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions, monitoring and following the given table schedule, following the instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.
• Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game leading procedures.
• Adhere to the gaming studios' rules and any other rules that management may introduce at any time.
• Professionally communicate and provide answers to players promptly for any game general questions according to chat policy.
• Immediately report to the Pit boss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems, and/or unusual activities in gaming studios and other companies’ premises caused by other employees or other causes.
• Attend educational events, briefings, and sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.
• Participate in company promotions through marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.
• Keep a professional demeanor towards players.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with management and peers.
• Keep confidential information within the company’s authorized individuals.
• Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers in a live streaming environment.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally, maintaining Playtech’s guest service standards.
• Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards in addition to operating other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive movement of hand and arm.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and attention to detail.
• Be able to wear assigned uniforms.
• Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Pay Range: up to $22 per hour ($9 including base rate + $8.50 guaranteed tips + up to $4.50 performance monthly bonus). Customer tips are unlimited!
