Job summary

QVC Group, a live social shopping leader, seeks a Live Associate to support scaled growth of TikTok live and other social-first initiatives from West Chester, PA in a hybrid role.

You will help connect merchandising and live strategy with production, apply data-driven analysis of traffic, conversion, and GMV, and stay ahead of TikTok trends to inform creator operations. Collaboration and process improvement are key to success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a retail, e-commerce, or social commerce environment.
• Familiarity with live shopping trends and TikTok platform.
• Experience using data management tools like Airtable.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product execution for live commerce initiatives.
• Analyze key metrics such as traffic, conversion, and GMV to drive actionable insights.
• Stay current on TikTok trends and contribute ideas to improve live shopping presence.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and drive innovation in live commerce.
