The team supports TikTok live and other social-first initiatives while driving end-to-end product execution under live strategists. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail/e-commerce, familiarity with TikTok live trends, and strong data skills (Airtable or similar).

Qualifications

2+ years in retail, e-commerce, or social commerce environments.
Familiarity with TikTok live shopping trends.
Proficiency with Airtable or similar data management tools.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end product execution from live strategy through production.
Apply data-driven insights to optimize traffic, conversion, and GMV.
Stay current on TikTok trends and best practices for live commerce.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive innovation in live commerce.
