Qualifications

• 2+ years in a retail, e-commerce, or social commerce environment.
• Working knowledge of TikTok as a user or creator
• Familiarity with live shopping trends
• Proficiency with Airtable or similar data management tools
• Must reside in Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New Jersey
• Relocation assistance is not available

Responsibilities

• Support QVC’s scaled growth of TikTok live and other social-first initiatives
• Support the end-to-end product execution workflow connecting merchandising/commercialization live strategy and production
• Apply data-driven analysis to traffic, conversion, and GMV metrics
• Generate actionable operational insights and practical recommendations to optimize creator operation strategies
• Stay current on TikTok trends and best practices
• Contribute ideas to enhance QVC’s live shopping presence
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and drive innovation in live commerce
