TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a data scientist to advance our e‑commerce product through advanced analytics, ML modeling, and data-driven decision making. Based in Seattle, you will work with cross‑functional teams to turn data into actionable product insights.

You will build pipelines and dashboards, experiment with models, and measure impact on user engagement and monetization. Collaboration and clear communication are essential for success in this fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau and familiar with Python or R for modeling projects.
• 3+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Effective communicator and presenter of data analyses to drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Work with large and complex datasets to solve diverse analytical problems.
• Apply quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and data presentation to guide product strategies.
• Identify and measure success through setting goals, forecasting, and tracking key metrics.
• Define opportunities, test levers, and drive roadmaps from insights and recommendations.
• Develop data pipelines and dashboards to improve data infrastructure.
• Develop ML models to identify creators and measure user LTV.
• Collaborate with PM/Ops/R&D and cross‑functional teams to inform product decisions.
