Job summary

Activate America LLC is seeking an active, customer-service oriented Store Manager in Cincinnati to support day-to-day operations and drive a high-energy experience in a fast-paced venue.

You will oversee operations with the General Manager, manage inventory and equipment, handle customer check-ins and payments, brief groups, and ensure rooms are well-maintained for optimal gaming experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership qualities, including motivating a team to achieve goals and resolving conflicts.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the store manager to oversee store operations, including inventory management and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of technologies, equipment, and infrastructure within Activate.
• Check customers in, take payments, and manage reservations.
• Brief new groups before game starts and monitor customers in the gaming area.
• Engage with customers during games to ensure an excellent experience.
• Maintain and clean game rooms; handle minor maintenance and repairs as needed.
