Job summary

Innovative Reasoning, LLC seeks a Surface Vessels Operational Mobility Analyst to provide on-site SME support at MCCDC, Quantico, VA. You will analyze littoral maneuver and surface vessel requirements and help develop CONOPS and COE documentation.

Responsibilities include planning demonstrations, supporting METs/METLs, doctrine development, and interagency collaboration with Navy/Marine Corps staff and joint teams. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; highly desirable in Naval/Military domains.
• Experience in military planning or operations analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site SME support for littoral maneuver and surface vessel operations.
• Develop CONOPS/COE documentation and support JCIDS processes.
• Plan and participate in demonstrations, evaluations, and form observations into recommendations.
• Assist in METs/METLs and Marine Corps task lists development.
• Support doctrine development and interagency collaboration.
