Scope of Work

Provides field-focused logistics support to ONR Code 32, including pier-side material handling, shipping of commercial, EAR, and ITAR technologies, and at-sea/field experimentation support. Supports specialized integration and testing of maritime systems and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support pier-side operations for material handling, safety assurance, security procedures, HAZMAT storage, and crane operations for heavy lift
• Manage shipping and storage of commercial, EAR, and ITAR related technologies
• Coordinate with military airlift, load masters, and load planning, including documentation and permissions
• Support at-sea, field, and airborne experimentation planning, direction, and execution
• Draft executive-level briefings and responses on S&T and R&D efforts in support of MIW and MCM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university, or a high school diploma with at least ten (10) years of experience providing logistical, administrative, business, and financial support
• Specialized engineering skills for integration and testing on submersibles, SDVs, underwater vehicles, autonomous surface and aerial vehicles, and profiling floats
• Experience in integration and testing of RF, HF, optical, and acoustic communication equipment
