Job summary

Innovative Reasoning, LLC is seeking a seasoned C4ISR systems analyst to support U.S. Marine Corps and Navy C2/C4I initiatives at Quantico. You will analyze data exchanges, define system requirements, and coordinate with DoD and Joint stakeholders to advance amphibious C4I capabilities.

The role requires a strong background in systems engineering, excellent communication, and readiness to engage across multiple military and government teams. On-site at Quantico, standard hours apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related field (or 12+ years of relevant experience).
• Advanced knowledge of systems engineering, analysis and design.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze C4ISR data exchanges and develop system requirements for USMC C4I systems.
• Represent USMC interests with International, DoD, Joint and Navy stakeholders on C4ISR policy.
• Prepare integrated amphibious C4I architecture and interoperability certifications.
• Assist in life cycle sustainment and cost/benefit analyses for systems.
