Default Brand seeks an on-site Surface Vessels Operational Mobility Analyst to provide SME support for the MCCDC program at Quantico, VA. You will work with the Marine Corps and Navy to analyze littoral maneuver and surface vessel capabilities, contributing to CONOPS, COE, and METs/METLs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare briefs, and assist in documenting observations from demonstrations, evaluations, and travel as required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred; years of experience may substitute.
• High School Diploma, AA Degree or years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experienced Surface Warfare operational research analysis in military planning and/or operations.
• Knowledge of Navy/Marine Corps policies and procedures.
• Must possess or be eligible for a SECRET clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Identify littoral maneuver and surface vessel requirements for Marine Corps and Naval Expeditionary Force.
• Develop functional concepts, COEs, and CONOPS for littoral maneuver and vessel operations.
• Plan, design and execute demonstrations, op-evals, assessments, and trials; document observations.
• Refine METs/METLs and MCTL for littoral maneuver and surface operations.
• Support doctrine development and reviews for Marine Corps and Naval Expeditionary Force operations.
• Collaborate with sponsors to ensure required capabilities are captured in documentation.
• Support S&T efforts to advance vessel capabilities.
