Job summary

Innovative Reasoning, LLC seeks an on-site C4I/Naval networks specialist to support USMC and Navy C4I assets aboard amphibious ships and related platforms at Quantico, VA. The role involves analyzing naval networks, developing requirements, guiding architecture, and coordinating with DoD and Joint stakeholders to advance AMC4RC capabilities.

You will work with Marine Corps and Navy teams, attend meetings and wargames, and prepare reports and briefings, with a focus on secure, interoperable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of naval network systems engineering, analysis and design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze naval network systems and document requirements.
• Support amphibious C4I integration and capability development.
• Coordinate with Navy/Marine Corps and Joint staff on policy.
• Draft AMC4RC letters and briefings for DoD documentation standards.
• Attend working groups, exercises, and wargames as a C2/C4I expert.
