Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Litigation Support Technician to support the United States Attorney's Office. You will provide technical and analytical assistance for litigation support, install and manage equipment, and ensure system security and reliability.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, a related bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain government clearance. Responsibilities include customer support, training, and coordination with the district's Lit. Support Coordinator.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to obtain government security clearance.
• Experience with litigation support principles and practices.
• Experience with litigation support databases and load files.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation support services including trial prep and presentation.
• Install, configure, and maintain litigation support hardware and software.
• Ensure systems availability, integrity, and efficiency.
• Maintain litigation support equipment inventory.
• Provide user training and responsive customer support.
