Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates litigation support services, including trial preparation and presentation.
• Installs, configures, and maintains litigation support equipment and develops standards and procedures.
• Ensures systems availability, integrity, and efficiency; performs testing and maintenance of litigation support resources.
• Resolves hardware/software interface problems and maintains inventory.
• Provides customer support, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and training.
