You will work with in-house attorneys, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to special projects while ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience with subpoenas.
• Experience with small claims litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matter intake and tracking in the Legal Tracker system.
• Handle third-party subpoenas and records requests.
• Support in-house attorneys on NSA-related matters.
• Coordinate discovery, data collection, deadlines, and collaboration with internal/external teams.
• Prepare litigation reports and assist with special projects.
