Job summary

Champion Records Service is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Support Specialist for our Houston, TX office. The role focuses on reviewing subpoenas, entering orders, researching records, and ensuring accurate production in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Case Managers, production teams, and QC to meet daily goals while maintaining confidentiality and strong communication with medical and legal professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent typing and computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• HIPAA awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review subpoenas, authorizations, and client instructions.
• Enter new orders accurately into our case management system.
• Research healthcare providers, employers, and custodians of records.
• Verify provider addresses, medical records departments, fax numbers, and contact information.
• Determine the appropriate record types requested (medical, billing, radiology, employment, etc.).
• Prepare cases for production according to procedures.
• Document detailed notes and maintain case histories.
• Collaborate with Case Managers, Call Team, Production, and Quality Control.
• Maintain daily production and accuracy goals.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
