Job summary

Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP in Pittsburgh seeks an experienced paralegal to support the Litigation practice. You will work closely with attorneys on large teams and fast-paced matters, organizing documents and facilitating discovery.

The role requires strong knowledge of legal terminology, mastery of MS Office, and experience with discovery databases. A bachelor’s or associate’s degree is preferred, with paralegal coursework a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' law firm experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Paralegal coursework or certificate is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing multiple litigation dockets.
• Conduct fact research.
• Assist with document collection, processing and production through internal litigation support department and outside vendors.
• Assist preparation of attorneys and witnesses for deposition.
• Assist with preparation for filings, hearings, trial and post-trial appeal.
