Responsibilities include managing multiple dockets, conducting fact research, and assisting with document collection and production, deposition prep, and trial readiness. Strong MS Office and discovery database skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a law firm
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
• Paralegal coursework or certificate is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing multiple litigation dockets
• Conduct fact research
• Assist with document collection, processing and production through internal litigation support department and outside vendors
• Assist preparation of attorneys and witnesses for deposition
• Assist with preparation for filings, hearings, trial and post-trial appeal
