Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of law firm experience.
• Experience with litigation support and document management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing multiple litigation dockets.
• Assist in preparation of responsive and dispositive pleadings.
• Conduct fact research.
• Assist with document collection, processing and production through internal litigation support and outside vendors.
• Experience in eDiscovery platforms.
• Coordinate review of employment and medical records.
• Assist preparation of attorneys and witnesses for deposition.
• Assist with preparation for filings, hearings, trial and post-trial appeal.
• Attend trial, hearings, and court proceedings.
