Job summary

Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP in Pittsburgh seeks an experienced paralegal to support our busy litigation practice. You will work closely with top attorneys on large matters and fast-paced cases, assisting with docket management, fact research, document collection, and deposition preparation.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years' law firm experience; a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred, with paralegal coursework a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years' law firm experience minimum.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; paralegal coursework a plus.
• Strong MS Office, Relativity/Everlaw and litigation support familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing multiple litigation dockets.
• Conduct fact research.
• Assist with document collection, processing and production through internal litigation support department and outside vendors.
• Assist preparation of attorneys and witnesses for deposition.
• Assist with preparation for filings, hearings, trial and post-trial appeal.
