Job summary

Vorys is seeking a Pittsburgh-based litigation paralegal to support large case teams and fast-paced matters. You will work closely with top attorneys, manage dockets, research facts, and aid in document collection and deposition prep.

The role requires at least 3 years of law firm experience, a bachelor’s or associate’s degree (paralegal coursework a plus), and strong MS Office plus Relativity/Everlaw skills. Competitive benefits apply.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Paralegal coursework or certificate is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing multiple litigation dockets.
• Conduct fact research.
• Assist with document collection, processing and production.
• Assist preparation of attorneys and witnesses for deposition.
• Assist with preparation for filings, hearings, trial and post-trial appeal.
