Job summary

CSC is seeking an Associate Client Service Representative for the Litigation Management Undeliverable team in a hybrid role. The position is based in Sacramento, CA with potential collaboration across Logan, UT and Lewisville, TX, and hours aligned to CST/MST/PST time zones.

You will be responsible for researching service of process documents, handling calls and emails from clients and internal customers, and navigating multiple databases to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation.
