Job summary

CSC is seeking an Associate Client Service Representative for the Litigation Management Call Center. The role is hybrid with hours Mon–Fri, coordinating between Sacramento, CA; Lewisville, TX; and Logan, UT.

You will handle calls and emails, review documents, and support internal clients with accuracy and speed. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, attention to detail, and Salesforce/MS Office skills.

Associate Client Service Representative – Litigation Management Call Center team

Hybrid

Monday – Friday – 10-7pm CST/9a-6 MST/8a-5PM PST

Sacramento, CA / Lewisville, TX / Logan, UT

As an Associate Client Service Representative team member, you will be part of our Litigation Management Services business area. You will work in a challenging, fast-paced environment with our corporation and law firm customers as well as state and county jurisdictional personnel. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails to clients regarding these documents and other service of process related inquiries for our internal customers. Key Responsibilities

• Building relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns
• Responding to customer inquiries in a professional, accurate, and in a timely fashion
• Responding to customer inquiries via Outlook, Salesforce, or phone
• Navigating quickly between multiple databases quickly and accurately
• Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal customers
• Review and process of legal documents
• Research and analysis of legal documents

At CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $48,000-$53,000.
