Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume matters for the Construction Practice Group, often in arbitration.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and argue in court.
• Manage discovery and deposition workflows; coordinate with paralegals.
• Maintain client relations and ensure timely case management.
