Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of litigation experience in construction/insurance matters.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience with discovery, drafting motions, and arguing motions in court.
• Some deposition and trial experience; mediation/arbitration exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of matters with autonomy in a Florida office.
• Support the Construction Practice Group in arbitration and circuit court matters.
• Conduct discovery, draft and argue motions, manage depositions and trial prep.
• Possibly supervise paralegals and support staff.
