Qualifications

• JD from ABA-approved law school required.
• Active Florida Bar member required.
• 3–7 years of litigation experience with strong research and writing skills.
• Experience with discovery, drafting motions, and depositions; some trial exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Construction Practice Group on single-family housing matters.
• Handle a high volume of matters with autonomy, often in arbitration.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills and contribute to team management of paralegals.
