Job summary

MattLaw is seeking a Litigation Scheduler to manage multiple calendars for lawyers, coordinating with opposing counsel, courts, medical providers, and witnesses for hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. This role requires excellent organization, clear communication, and proficiency with email and scheduling software.

The position offers full-time, hourly employment in Tampa, FL with a starting pay of $25 per hour plus incentives and benefits including health insurance,

Qualifications

• Associates degree in paralegal studies or equivalent experience.
• Professional in punctuality and appearance.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Efficient and able to complete projects within deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, cooperative and respectful of colleagues, and team player.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate Meetings, in person, at office, or via telephone/Zoom.
• Schedule hearings and arrange court reporters when needed.
• Coordinate depositions in person or via Zoom; arrange videographer, court reporter, and witnesses.
• Coordinate mediations/arbitrations and trials.
• Coordinate Compulsory Medical Examinations.
