Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and bar admission in one state
• 5+ years of post-bar legal experience
• 5+ years of litigation and regulatory experience
• Experience communicating complex concepts clearly in writing and verbally

Responsibilities

• Handle and supervise a wide range of government disputes and regulatory engagements across Amazon's businesses
• Interact directly with government officials at local, state, and federal levels
• Direct overall case and matter strategy and manage outside counsel
• Counsel internal stakeholders on complex legal and policy issues and manage all stages of litigation
