• Coordinate travel itineraries and hotel accommodations for trial teams.
• Provide trial concierge services and manage vendor contacts.
• Organize and manage catering and war-room setup.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support litigation strategy.
• Maintain detailed records of arrangements and expenses for reporting.
