Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years in a law firm or litigation services environment.
• Experience with docketing and calendar management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental legal research on court rules and procedures.
• Draft and review legal documents for conformity with rules and procedures.
• Prepare procedural road maps for upcoming filings.
• Monitor and distribute cases using state and federal court systems.
• Protect highly sensitive, confidential information.
