This role provides significant hands-on experience across all phases of litigation, including handling complex matters in state and federal courts and drafting substantive motions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation practices, excellent communication skills, and will be admitted to the Georgia Bar. The position offers a competitive salary range of $235,000 – $310,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2nd–5th year associate experience in litigation.
• Experience drafting motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Draft substantive motions, briefs and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Prepare cases for evidentiary hearings and trial.
