Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum of five (5) years in a law firm with a focus on litigation.
• Minimum of five (5) years in trial support, preferably as a paralegal.
• Experience managing trial needs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes and staffing for large-scale trials.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic and tactical initiatives advancing business goals and day-to-day litigation operations.
• Facilitate and oversee litigation budgets, staffing, utilization, and e-billing requirements.
• Support overall litigation strategy for designated litigation teams.
• Provide trial concierge services, including hotel organization, contract review, war-room setup, vendor contacts, litigation research, and business development.
• Evaluate litigation tools and handle basic administrative responsibilities.
• Partner with Marketing, Legal Talent, Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources, Innovation, and Client Care departments.
• Oversee trial team billing, disbursements, and payments and resolve WIP and AR issues.
• Assist designated litigation teams with initiatives and workflow.
• Identify, assess, and implement technology and innovation concepts to improve efficiency and service models.
• Support the Senior Litigation Manager, Practice Directors, and Practice Management team on special projects.
• Arrange trial team travel, including flights, ground transportation, and hotels.
• Organize catering services and maintain records of arrangements and expenses.
• Liaise with external vendors and resolve logistical challenges during trials.
• Collaborate with the eMerge team to set up trial technology and equipment.
