Job summary

Jobot is seeking a permanent Litigation Paralegal for a boutique Denver law firm. The role supports attorneys through all phases of litigation, with emphasis on confidentiality, ethics, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Bachelor's degree in law, paralegal studies or related field preferred.
• ABA-approved paralegal certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of litigation from discovery to trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses.
• Review, organize, and analyze case materials using litigation software.
• Coordinate document productions and manage large case files.
• Prepare for and assist during trials, including exhibits and logistics.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel and experts.
• Maintain case management system and ensure deadlines are met.
• Stay updated on legal trends and regulatory changes.
