Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. in Denver seeks a paralegal to join our expanding litigation team. This hands-on role supports attorneys, paralegals, and clients with fast-paced work and a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and can work with limited supervision. Flexible work environment and remote options are available to balance case work in a national firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal litigation experience.
• Experience handling subpoenas and discovery.
• Experience analyzing records for redaction.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Acrobat, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail; ability to work with minimal supervision.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Organize and analyze documentary evidence including construction documents, medical records, reports, depositions, discovery, claims files, and other documents.
• Prepare and handle tracking and disposition of subpoenas and other requests for records and information.
• Preparation of chronologies and summaries as requested.
• Conduct research and investigation of witnesses and experts.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Monitor files and identify next steps in case to discuss with attorney; handle sensitive materials.
• Provide support to attorneys with trial preparation tasks including exhibits and notebooks.
• Collaborate with assigned attorneys to provide team approach per file.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
