Job summary

The Paralegal will manage case files, draft documents, assist with discovery, and support trial preparation. Must have 5–10 years of litigation experience and be proficient in MS Office and e-discovery tools.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate (ABA-accredited preferred).
• 5–10 years of litigation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with e-discovery and trial software (NextPoint, Relativity).
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Adaptability and quick skill acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple attorneys and partners.
• Assist with preparation of discovery, pleadings, and motions.
• Draft and update client reports.
• Organize, review, summarize, and draft documents.
• Conduct basic research on court rules and litigation trends.
• Manage requests for medical records and communicate with physicians and facilities.
• Analyze medical records and prepare summaries.
• Perform electronic filing in federal and state courts.
• Correspond with clients, opposing counsel, and court clerks.
• Assist with all aspects of trial preparation.
