Job summary

With a minimum of three years' experience in a law firm and paralegal studies training, you will draft subpoenas, coordinate records and expert materials, and ensure deadlines are met with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of law firm experience.
• Knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, litigation processes, and document production.
• Ability to travel when necessary.
• Strong typing and attention to detail.
• A.S. or B.A. in paralegal studies preferred.
• Experience drafting subpoenas, records requests, summaries, and case management documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case management, file organization, document preparation, and litigation support.
• Obtain, organize, review, and summarize case records, correspondence, and legal documents.
• Draft subpoenas, requests for records, and other case-related legal documents.
• Coordinate materials for experts, IMEs, witnesses, and other parties as needed.
• Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, reviewing opposing party exhibits, and coordinating trial logistics.
• Communicate with attorneys, experts, and internal team members to ensure case materials are complete and deadlines are met.
