Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal.
• Strong litigation support experience.
• Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Manage litigation case files from intake through resolution, ensuring documents, deadlines, and case details are accurate and organized.
• Coordinate discovery, track deadlines, maintain calendars, and support compliance with court requirements.
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates, document collection, and matter status.
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, hearing materials, and case summaries for attorney review.
• Assist with civil and immigration filings as needed based on case volume and firm priorities.
