Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, hearings, and trial preparation.
  • Manage case files, deadlines, document production, and client communications.
  • Conduct legal research, fact investigation, and document review.
  • Assist with civil litigation and immigration-related filings as needed.
  • Minimum of 5 years of legal experience required.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal required.
  • Strong litigation support experience required.
  • Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of legal document preparation, court deadlines, and case file organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with civil law matters.
  • Familiarity with immigration law or immigration-related filings.
  • Experience preparing trial binders, exhibits, hearing packets, and attorney case materials.
